This article will explain how to backdate a call or modify timestamps in Dispatch Anywhere.
There are times when a call didn't get entered into Dispatch Anywhere or you need to manually modify the driver's timestamps. This article will demonstrate how to modify timestamps on a call.
Step 1
Open up a call and click the Dispatch Tab.
⭐Note: If this is a new call, fill out the General tab with the call information first.
Step 2
The Dispatch tab allows you to manually add the driver, vehicle, call taker, dispatcher, and timestamps. At a minimum, Dispatch Anywhere requires the Received and Finished timestamps. The other timestamps are used on various invoice styles and reports. If this call previously had timestamps they can be modified if you have the correct security level.
