Adding Accounts

How to add customer accounts in Dispatch Anywhere

Access the settings page at login with your company administrative credentials.

To add a new customer account choose the Accounts section and click "Add."

In this section will you add all customer accounts or companies you do work for.  If you have multiple provider ID's for the same motor club account, you will need to create separate accounts for each. 

Start by filling out the General tab with account name, type, and division and location address. 


On the Account Data tab we can fill out more information about this account.  Fill out the Billing Information section to have the companies address appear on statements and invoices.
