This article explains how to use a job narrative/recovery report in Dispatch Anywhere.
Job Narratives/Recovery Reports are helpful for jobs that need more explanation. Job Narratives allow you to tell a story that is added to an invoice.
Step 1
Open up any call and click the Custom Tab.
Step 2
The Narrative/Recovery Report box appears at the bottom. This is an unlimited space to add additional information to your invoice.
⭐Note: For increased automation, we have added the Narrative Template button. This feature will automatically add information from the call including dates, accounts, and timestamps.
Step 3
The invoice will now have the same information at the bottom.
