This article will explain the process of setting up a fuel surcharge so it's automatically added to the call as a linked service.
Step 1
Start by logging into your Dispatch Anywhere Settings → Price Lists → Select Price List
⭐This can also be configured as an override in the pricing tab of an account.
Step 2
Select the pencil to the right of the service that you would like to link a fuel surcharge to.
Step 3
- Choose the service that will automatically be added when the parent service is added to the call.
- Enter the percentage or flat rate amount of the fuel surcharge.
- Mark taxable if tax applies (tax rate will follow the parent service).
⭐ The service will be added automatically to the call and will appear as a new line item. If more than one service has a connected fuel surcharge, the charges will be combined into one line item.
