      How To Disconnect Users

      This article will explain how to disconnect a user from Dispatch Anywhere.

      Step 1

      Start by logging into your Dispatch Anywhere settings page (Dispatch Anywhere Settings)

      ⭐Note: You need to log in with your company administrator account.

      Step 2

      Select Users on the left toolbar and choose the user that needs to be disconnected.  The computer icon indicates a user is signed in on a PC.  The phone icon indicates a user is signed into DA Mobile. 

      Step 3

      Press the Disconnect button to log a user off.

      ⭐Note: The user will be logged off immediately and any unsaved work will be lost.
