This article explains how to use the offers feature on the Dispatch Anywhere mobile application
Buttons to remember
👍 Accept - Accept the offer sent by the club and send back ETA details
👎 Reject - Reject the offer sent by the club
📞 Request Call - Request a phone from the club about the offered job
🚫 Cancel - Cancel a call sent to you by the club
Job Offers
We have added the ability for our integrated motorclub users to manage job offers directly from your mobile dispatch screen! When a new job is offered by a motorclub you will receive a job alert notification and now have the ability to work the offer directly from the Dispatch Anywhere mobile application.
How to Accept an Offered Job
- Select the offered job from the dispatch screen (New offered jobs will display "New Offer" and show a job timeout reminder)
- Select the thumbs up icon 👍 to accept the offer
(Mobile users can also reject 👎 or request a phone call 📞 from the club as well)
How to Accept an Offered Job
(Sending a Response to the Motorclub)
- Enter ETA and required fields before the job timer expires
- Select Accept
Additional Notes/Tips
👍 If your conditions are accepted by the club the job will be moved into waiting status for assignment
👎If your conditions are rejected by the club you will see a red line on the job and a red response reason that the eta was rejected or the job was cancelled by the motor club
🗺️When accepting an offer and sending back an ETA, Dispatch Anywhere will show the dispatch location and job location mapping with directions. (Press the arrow icon ⤴️ on the ETA line) If a job has multiple routes available they will be listed.
