How to Setup Credit Card Surcharge

This article will explain the process of setting up credit card surcharge so it automatically applies to calls when taking credit card payment.

Step 1

Start by logging into your Dispatch Anywhere Settings Page → Dictionaries → Payment Methods.

Step 2

Use an existing payment method or create a new payment method by entering the new payment method name and clicking the + sign to add.

Step 3

Enter the surcharge amount as a percentage or flat dollar amount.

Step 4

Select the corresponding service that will be added to the call on the take payment screen.
