Agero (Swoop) - Digitally Update Jobs for Canceled, GOA, and Unsuccessful Statuses

These requests can now be sent directly from the dispatch screen and job status will be automatically revised and no further action will be required. Invoices will be updated to reflect the correct payment.

Cancel Request

1. Select the icon or right click the call and select cancel job. Choose the reason and include any comments.

GOA Request 

Select the icon or right click the call and select request gone on arrival. Choose the reason and include any comments.

 

Unsuccessful Request

Select the timestamp icon or right click the call and select the finished timestamp. This will give option for clear codes to update the call if service was unsuccessful.
